Meet the Team: Danica Stanley, Specialist, Business Development
As a Richmond resident for more than 35 years, Danica loves helping planners discover what makes our destination special. Whether she’s hosting a site tour, sharing local recommendations, or helping clients find the perfect venue, Danica brings firsthand knowledge and genuine enthusiasm to every event planning conversation.

To help you get to know her a little better, we asked Danica a few quick questions.
Danica’s Richmond Picks
First-Time Visitor Recommendation
Spend an afternoon exploring Steveston. Walk along the waterfront with a frozen yogurt from Timothy’s, watch the kites fly at Garry Point Park, enjoy happy hour and a craft beer flight at Britannia Brewing, then head to Monkey Tree to buy everything you didn’t know you needed.
Favourite Hidden Gem
Kisamos Greek Taverna in Steveston. Danica worked there throughout high school and still orders takeout regularly. Her recommendations: the roast lamb, homous, and kalamari. It’s the best Greek Food in the Lower Mainland.
Sweet Treat Stop
Timothy’s Frozen Yoghurt in Steveston. Peach and raspberry is her go-to combination.
