Executive Travel & Corporate Meeting Planners Luncheon Series
October 11 & 12 (Montreal & Ottawa)
The Executive Travel & Corporate Meeting Planners Luncheon Series are one-day luncheons in major Canadian markets. Tourism Richmond will be participating in Montreal & Toronto and expect the opportunity to meet with up to 300 qualified conference and meeting planners in each city
China FAM Tour with Tourism Vancouver
October 13 & 14 (Richmond)
In conjunction with Tourism Vancouver, Tourism Richmond will be hosting a familiarization group of 10 clients from China who plan Incentive groups on behalf of their Chinese based organizations.
October 15-18 (Las Vegas)
IMEX America is one of the largest industry events in the US. Tourism Richmond will be attending this tradeshow within the Business Events Canada pavilion. We will have the opportunity to meet one-on-one with global event planners and network with thousands of other buyers.
Canadian Society of Association Executives National Conference
October 24-26 (Ottawa)
The annual CSAE (Canadian Society of Association Executives) National Conference is attended by Association Executives, Directors, Senior Managers, and business suppliers to Associations. Tourism Richmond will be participating in the CSAE Showcase and will be sponsoring a “Richmond” themed breakout room which all conference delegates will visit as part of the education component of the conference.
Joint Sales Missions in China
October 22 – 31 (China)
Tourism Richmond will be joining Tourism Vancouver on a Sales Mission to promote our destination to Incentive group clients and influencers through sales calls and client events in Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Hong Kong, and Shanghai

Showcase Canada Asia
October 9-12 (Beijing, China)
Showcase Canada Asia brings Canadian suppliers together with over 100 qualified buyers from mainland China, Taiwan and Hong Kong in an intense business-to-business marketplace of pre-scheduled appointments and networking events.
On October 8, in conjunction with Destination BC, Tourism Vancouver, Tourism Victoria – Tourism Richmond will be launching a winter campaign focusing on bringing Chinese travellers to our region from November 1 – February 28. Partners in this campaign are 16-20 key tour operators from Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou.
