BOAT HOLIDAY LIGHT CONTEST

Light up Steveston Harbour Public Fish Sales Float at Fisherman’s Wharf this holiday season by participating in the second annual boat holiday light display contest!

Tourism Richmond in partnership with the Steveston Harbour Authority will be running the contest as a part of the Winter in the Village event. We invite you to light up your boat and brighten up the Wharf.

THE WINNERS WILL RECEIVE:

• 1st prize: $500
• 2 runner ups: $250 (each)

THE DETAILS:

• Displays must be set up by Friday, November 25, and maintained until Saturday, December 31.
• All lights must be LED

• The contest is open to all boats moored at Fisherman’s Wharf.
• All participating boats will have their lights filmed to be included in a Facebook video album, the boats with the most ‘likes’ on their video will be crowned the winner and runners-up.
• Voting on the videos will take place from 12 noon Dec 1 through 12 noon on December 31.
