Our Company began operations in the City of Richmond in October, 2008 and was granted 30 licenses, 18 of which are Non-Accessible Sedans and 12 are Wheelchair Accessible Vans. Garden City Cabs own a mix of new Toyota hybrid Prius and Camry and wheelchair accessible eco-friendly Toyota Sienna vans with 6 passengers capacities.
