How do I qualify for the prize draws?
You can qualify for the prize draws by visiting more businesses! By redeeming offers or check-ins at 5 businesses, you will automatically be entered into our first prize draw. The more you redeem, the better the prizes.
Be on the lookout for a text message that confirms your entry after 5, 10, and 15 redemptions/check-ins.
What kind of prizes are available?
There are three prize draws:
- Prize 1: Redeem offers or check-ins at 5 businesses and receive an entry for a Pacific. Authentic. Richmond BC Swag Bag (valued at $85)
- Prize 2: Redeem offers or check-ins at 10 businesses and receive an entry for a Richmond Shopping & Dining Experience (valued at $200)
- Prize 3: Redeem offers or check-ins at 15 businesses and receive an entry for the Ultimate Richmond Getaway (valued at $800)
If you redeem 15 offers or check-ins, you will be eligible for all three prize draws.
One winner will be selected from each prize draw on Thursday, October 1, 2020. The winners will be notified via email or phone.
I redeemed an offer, and completed a check-in at one business. Does that count as two redemptions towards the prize draw?
For the purpose of the prize draw, if you redeem an offer and check-in at a business, it will only count as "one redemption." You will need to redeem offers or check-in at five different businesses to qualify for the prize draw.
Can I enter in the 4-digit PIN myself, or does a Staff Member have to assist me?
For health and safety measures, we recommend you enter the 4-digit PIN directly into your mobile phone.
I wasn't given a 4-digit PIN, is that Okay?
A 4-digit PIN is required to redeem an offer or check-in at a location. This is also how we keep track of your eligibility and progress for each prize draw. If you did not receive a PIN, we recommend you ask a staff member for it.
