Golfing in Richmond, BC
With our mild weather and attractive scenery, Richmond is an ideal year-round golfing destination. There are plenty of places to play here—including public courses, private courses, driving ranges, and pitch and putt parks.
Public courses
At our public courses—Greenacres Golf Course, Mylora Executive Golf Course, Country Meadows Golf Course, Savage Creek Golf Course & Driving Range, and Mayfair Lakes Golf & Country Club—a round or two is affordable and accessible. Each course is open seven days a week and all are located 15 minutes or less from our city centre. There’s a wide array of seasonal rates, reductions for seniors and juniors, and special rates for early and late tee times.
Richmond's public courses are known for their well-kept grounds (water features included). Each one also has a restaurant where you can fuel-up before your game or relax over a bite to eat after sinking your final putt.
Private courses
If you're a frequent Richmond visitor, our two private golf courses offer some of the region’s finest games and facilities. The Richmond Country Club and Quilchena Golf & Country Club each offer membership options for non-residents and their families.
Pitch and putt
Richmond is also home to a city-owned, nine-hole pitch and putt course located at Hugh Boyd Community Park. It’s open daily from April to October and special rates are offered for seniors, juniors and for those purchasing a second round of golf.
Mini Golf
West Coast Mini Putt is a city centre gem featuring 18 holes that are divided into two sections: a “light” area and a glow-in-the-dark area full of neon colours. And Savage Creek Golf Course & Driving Range features a "Mini Meadows" 18-hole putting course that’s great for all ages.
