This February, Tourism Richmond had the opportunity to connect with international travel trade partners through hosted experiences that supported relationship-building and market development in Asian markets.

In early February, we were delighted to join our Richmond partner, Kuoni Tumlare, for a dinner they hosted for a visiting group from Singapore. The evening provided a valuable opportunity to connect with industry partners, strengthen relationships, and showcase our shared commitment to creating exceptional travel experiences in Richmond and across British Columbia.

Celebrating Chinese New Year with Visiting Groups

Following the resumption of ADS last November, Destination BC China has been collaborating with several wholesalers on a Chinese New Year promotion featuring a five-night stay in British Columbia, including two nights in Richmond. One partner, Dista, successfully organized two groups totalling 32 guests. We were pleased to welcome the group on February 18 and join them for dinner to celebrate.
