Winter in the Village

Participate in the ‘Spot Solomon the Seasonal Seal’ Scavenger Hunt and celebrate Winter in the Village from December 1 to 31, 2024, with two fun activities: searching for hidden seals at six Steveston locations and voting in Holiday Display Contest

How to play:

• Print the Scavenger Hunt Instructions (includes Holiday Display Contest Map) or pick up a copy at the Steveston Museum and Post Office or Steveston Tram.
• Find hidden seal images at six locations (Note: Some seal locations are not part of the Holiday Display Contest)
• Use clues on the bingo form to help locate them.
• Count and record the seals at each spot, then total them.
• Please leave the pictures in place; don’t remove them.
• While completing the scavenger hunt, check out other participating Holiday Display locations and vote for your favourite on the back of the scavenger form.
• Once you are done, please slip the completed form into the ballot boxes located at the Steveston Tram or Steveston Museum and Post Office

Steveston Museum and Post Office

• Operating hours: 9:30am-5:00pm (Monday-Saturday), 12:00pm-4:00pm (Sunday).

Steveston Tram:

• Address: 4011 Moncton St, Richmond, BC V7E 3A8 
• Operating hours: 10:00am– 4:00pm (Closed Mondays)

A Prize will be rewarded to:

• The participant who counted the correct number of seals.
• There will be a prize draw to win one $100 Splash Toy Shop Gift Card.
• The winner will be contacted the week of January 6, 2025.
