SAVORHILL 山也 is an artisan bakery and tea shop on Alexandra Road, Richmond’s “Food Street.” Its signature is the 贝贝 chicken-floss cake — a cloud-soft sponge rolled in savoury 100% chicken floss, baked in small batches each morning in twelve flavours, from nori seaweed and salted egg yolk to black truffle and mango. Also on the counter: snowy cream cups, the tiger mochi floss roll, matcha lattes, coconut americanos and slow-brewed coffee. Grab-and-go with a few seats. Open daily except Tuesday.
