Ghosts and Grips is back this spooky season to celebrate our amazing climbing community at the Richmond Olympic Oval.

Celebrate Halloween with climbing, costumes, games, music, and prizes! Highlights include:

• Dyno Competition (all levels)

• Costume Contest & Mini Games

• Strength & Conditioning Challenges

👻 Free for members; non-members pay drop-in rates.
Dyno sign-up opens October 1 (Oval App, Mind Body, or on-site). Newcomers need a quick orientation; gear included.
