Tourism Richmond partnered with the Richmond Hotel Destination Association on a Sales Mission in April to Eastern Canada, with hosted client events in Ottawa and Toronto. This is Richmond’s first Business Events Sales mission since 2019. Each location is a key city with numerous head offices and government entities, where our team could directly engage with existing and prospective clients.
This initiative aimed to acquaint clients with Richmond’s offerings and align with their needs, all within the convenience of their hometowns. The reverse-style FAM trip ensured an efficient and exceptional client experience by Team Richmond. For Toronto, a gathering at the Marriott Toronto City Centre hotel’s Skybox suite was arranged to take in a Blue Jays game. In Ottawa, an intimate evening dinner reception took place at the Clarendon Tavern in the Byward Market.
