Lipont Gallery and Affordable Open Art are proud to announce The Inaugural Richmond Art Market – 2025 Christmas Market, a new cultural event designed to showcase Richmond’s vibrant creative community. Co-presented with Affordable Open Art, this two-day market brings together over 30 local artists, makers, and creative studios, transforming Lipont Place into a bustling holiday art marketplace filled with affordable, high-quality crafts, original artworks, and unique seasonal creations.

In partnership with Tourism Richmond, this year marks the beginning of a long-term initiative to develop Richmond’s creative district into a destination for arts, culture, and community engagement. With Lipont Place serving as the central hub, the market welcomes diverse audiences—from art collectors and holiday shoppers to families looking for meaningful seasonal experiences.

Market Highlights:
•Affordable local art and handmade goods from over 30 Lower based creators
•A diverse range of artistic mediums, including pottery, painting, prints, handmade accessories, design objects, and holiday gifts
•Lipont Place as the central artist hub, featuring 5,700 sq. ft. of open exhibition and vendor space
