MERCHANTS HOLIDAY DISPLAY CONTEST
Steveston’s retailers, restaurants and businesses go all out on their holiday displays. Wander the village streets and view the creative displays in windows and on building exteriors and then vote for your favourite!
Displays and voting begin December 1 and run through to the 31st. Cast your vote at the Steveston Museum and Post Office.
FISHERMAN’S WHARF BOAT DISPLAY CONTEST
As you walk along the Fisherman’s Wharf, look out onto the water and see the boats decorated for the holidays. You can vote and view all the boats on the online Facebook gallery.
* Please view the boats from the safety of the boardwalk, do not walk along the piers in the dark.

LIGHT UP THE VILLAGE SELF-GUIDED TOUR
Coming soon! Festive displays adorn the village streets, take the self-guided tour by downloading the Winter in the Village Passport. As you take the tour use the app to ‘check-in’ at each location, each check-in gives you an entry into weekly draws for holiday hampers that include items from Steveston Merchants!

EVENTS
There are many events happening in the village over the holidays, here is a list of what’s happening:
SANTA VISITS STEVESTON VILLAGE
Santa arrives at the village at 1:00pm and will tour the streets by horse and carriage. Horse and carriage rides are available to the public from 1pm to 5pm – rides are free and on first come, first serve basis, please practice social distancing in the line up, rides start on Bayview Street and First Ave by the Tourism Richmond Visitor Information Kiosk.
LETTERS TO SANTA, PRESENTED BY THE STEVESTON MUSEUM
