Our store aims to present the beauty of traditional Taiwanese culture to you. With decorations and interior elements customly made from Taiwan and imported to Vancouver, recreating the street views of Taiwan within our store. We hope you will be able to personally experience Taiwanese dining culture during your visit.

Our culinary heritage originated from GangShan, Taiwan in 1975, passed down through 3 generations of the Wu family. As of 2013, we have since established our roots here in Vancouver. The name of the restaurant, “You Xiang” draws inspirations from the names of Grandpa and Grandma Wu. Not only as an appreciation of the persistence and hard work that they endured, but also as a promise and purpose to continue to promote authentic Taiwanese cuisine in Canada.
