Behind the white-painted exterior of this Steveston side street hole-in-the-wall, you’ll find a friendly welcome alongside the seductive aroma of the best fried chicken in the village. Their near-legendary, crispy-coated treats come in three-piece to 18-piece serving options––but be sure to add a side of silky-smooth Filipino-style macaroni to your order. There isn’t much seating here, so consider takeout and then find a scenic spot on the nearby Steveston shoreline.

Must-try dish: Their chicken sandwich with fresh-cut fries is a great lunch option.

This unassuming, family-run Richmond restaurant has a loyal band of local diners who love its good-value Chinese dishes––the deliciously brothy noodle bowls come in a huge array of options.
