This limited-time festival invites locals and visitors alike to explore Richmond and Steveston through specially curated multi-course prix-fixe menus, offered at a range of price points.
From cozy neighbourhood favourites to waterfront dining in Steveston, Dine Out is the perfect opportunity to try somewhere new — or revisit a go-to — while enjoying menus created exclusively for the festival. Below, we’ve grouped Richmond’s participating restaurants by this year’s prix-fixe price categories — $25–$40, $40–$55, and $55–$70 — to help you find a menu that fits your budget, occasion, and cravings.
$25–$40
Offering some of the most accessible entry points into the festival, the $25–$40 category is perfect for casual dining, relaxed lunches, or trying something new without committing to a larger splurge. These menus highlight Richmond’s diversity, blending global flavours with comforting classics.
Cantonese cuisine is well represented with A Bite of Shunde and Yin Ji Chang Fen, while Yuu Japanese Tapas offers shareable small plates inspired by Japanese flavours.
This tier also includes lively and approachable favourites like CAVU Kitchen Bar, Flying Beaver Bar & Grill, 75 West Coast Grill, Moxies, and Earls Kitchen & Bar. Waterfront dining makes an appearance with Blue Canoe Waterfront Restaurant, while Lavash Seaside Grill and Little Mexico Cantina bring Mediterranean and Mexican flavours into the mix.

Britannia Brewing and Red Bud Cafe add relaxed neighbourhood appeal, while Star6 Indian Cuisine delivers spice-forward Indian favourites. For diners craving interactive meals, Dolar Shop Restaurant appears in this tier with one of its festival offerings, and Daimanya rounds out the category with classic Japanese comfort dishes.

$40–$55
The $40–$55 category strikes a balance between value and elevated dining, making it a popular choice for date nights, celebrations, and diners looking for something a little more refined. Menus in this range often highlight signature dishes, seasonal ingredients, and more intricate plating.
Blue Canoe Waterfront Restaurant and Lavash Seaside Grill return in this tier with expanded offerings, while Hestia Kitchen + Bar, Catch Kitchen + Bar, and Steveston Seafood House showcase West Coast–inspired menus in polished settings.

Japanese cuisine continues to shine at Gyu-Kaku Japanese BBQ, where diners can enjoy an interactive grill-your-own experience. ChoCho Hot Pot Richmond and Dolar Shop Restaurant also feature in this range, offering set-menu hot pot experiences designed for sharing. Earls Kitchen & Bar and Moxies return with elevated versions of familiar favourites, and The Shoestring Cafe fits naturally into this mid-range tier with its globally inspired comfort dishes.
$55–$70
For those looking to make an occasion of it, the $55–$70 tier delivers Richmond’s most elevated Dine Out experiences. These menus are ideal for milestone celebrations, date nights, or when you simply want to settle in and savour each course.
Seafood lovers can enjoy standout offerings from Kirin Seafood Restaurant and Steveston Seafood House, while steakhouse favourites like House of Dawn Steakhouse and Harold’s Kitchen and Bar anchor this tier with hearty, polished menus.
Upscale airport dining is represented by The Apron and Globe@YVR, while Freebird Table & Bar adds a contemporary dining experience to the mix. Daimanya and CAVU Kitchen Bar return once more with their highest-tier festival menus, joined by Mozza Restaurant and Lounge for Italian-inspired comfort and Torake Japanese Cuisine for refined Japanese fare. This tier also includes 75 West Coast Grill, Bruno Restaurant, and Cask Whisky Vault, offering elevated dining experiences ideal for special occasions or celebratory nights out.
